Kevin, of course, is the illustrator. It was written by his paranoid schizophrenic and obsessive-compulsive brother and translated into Chinese by his other brother who uses his Chinese language knowledge with his job in the United States Navy. The story is about Kevin and about his job at Sage, a crafts store, which employs handicapped people and is supervised by non-handicapped personnel. Kevin sometimes has difficulty with certain drawings, which with encouragement, he continues and perseveres. Kevin's art has received many compliments.
